SIZE EXCHANGES:
Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility Of the customer.
Shipping charges for an exchange is $4. (This applies to U.S. orders only).
This shipping charge is invoiced to the customers email in which payment may be made for the charge. We must invoice because we do not retain our customers CC information.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please EMAIL US ONLY in regards to any returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
An RMA must be issued to the customer by EMAIL before a return or exchange can be sent back.

Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of being placed.
After the initial 24 hrs, the order goes into automatic fulfillment in which if you need to cancel the order, a 20% cancellation fee would apply.
To cancel you would need to email us a cancellation request. All cancellations must be requested by EMAIL.

We love the Puppia harness! It's a great color and I know my pup feels stylish and confident while out on the town. We've been using Puppia for a long time, and their product doesn't disappoint. I have to customize the size for my chiweenie so she's comfortable, but our customized Puppia harness lasted for years, so I'm expecting this one to do the same.
“The Donald” is a hit with Boo. She happily beats on him and flings him from the top of her cat tower daily. This morning she was grooming his comb over! Definitely her favorite toy now.

This tshirt is absolutely adorable. My husband is a big KISS fan and loved that our 5 month old chihuahua has his own rock tee. Nice quality and true to size. We purchased an XS. He will get a few more moths out of this.
Love these harnesses! They are adorable, sturdy, and fasten comfortably and securely. I bought a second set for my pretty puppies as they grew, pink for Ruby Rue (Rue Rue) and purple for Evie. I even found perfectly matching leashes for our walks. Hopefully they are done growing, but if not, I’ll buy again and sizes up.

As a car seat, this product is very easy to install. However, my dog is on the smaller side and can still manage to climb out of it. That being said, it’s incredibly plush and cozy—so much so that it has become her favorite bed! She absolutely loves curling up in it, and it seems to have a calming effect on her. It’s so comfortable that all she wants to do is sleep in it. I don’t regret buying it at all; it’s hands down her favorite item.

I have tried many products to help my dog when he is experiencing anxiety and none of them produced the results I'd hoped for. An associate at my local Petland suggested I try "Heavenly Hounds Relaxation Squares". This product is by far the most effective of any I've tried! My pooch has separation anxiety and this product works within minutes to keep him calm. The ingredients are all-natural, which I prefer, and "Woody" loves the peanut butter flavor! This toy is a beloved toy of my brother’s 5 year old spaniel and my 1 1/2 year old Staffordshire bull terrier that lives at my parents house. It’s their favourite but gets a lot of wear! This was a replacement (although the original is still going strong!). Sadly it is not sold in the UK, but thanks to you we had two excited dogs when they saw what had arrived and when the original is no more, the fun will continue 😊
