Carob Coating: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, carob powder, reduced mineral whey powder, whole milk solids, nonfat dry milk solids, soya lecithin (an emulsifier), salt, and artificial flavor. All of our round cakes are perishable and need to be kept refrigerated or frozen. Each cake will arrive vacuum sealed and placed into packaging. Each cake will keep for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer. If being kept frozen, we recommend defrosting them overnight in the refrigerator. Because all of our cakes are hand-baked and hand-decorated, cakes may have slight variations. All of the 6 inch cakes have their borders made of yogurt or carob icing.
