Q: How long does it take for an order to ship?

A: Orders take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week depending on the time of year and the size of the order.  Some items are ordered once an order is received, whereas other items are located within our boutique ready to ship.

Costumes purchased during August, September & October will be shipped out as soon as our shipments arrive. If you need a costume for a specific date, please either add a comment to the order to notify us of the date it is requested by or you may email us at with that date. If we do not receive a date request, we will assume you need the costume for Halloween and we will make sure that you receive the costume in time. August,September & October are our busiest months. We receive multiple costume shipments non stop during those months. Most costume manufacturers will ship to us during September.

Q: What is your return policy?

Exchanges and Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  For returns there is a 20% restock fee and shipping cannot be refunded.For exchanges, you would ship the item back to us, once the exchange is ready to ship we would invoice you the shipping which is 3.99, slightly lower than the standard rate.

(International Return Policy)

*As of Dec 25th 2016, Only merchandise credits can be given to International customers who send back items for return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
*Merchandise credits are valid 1 year from date of issuance 
*Any return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Q: What is your costume return policy?

A: Costumes may be returned during all months except October.  During October, costumes can only be exchanged for another size or another costume style. If the size you want is no longer available, a merchandise credit would be given in return for that costume.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of being placed. After the initial 24 hrs, the order goes into automatic fulfillment in which if you need to cancel the order, a 20% cancellation fee would apply.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Standard Shipping in the U.S. is based on the total amount of your order.

Q: Oversized Shipping-How much is it?

A:  If an item requires oversized shipping which is invoiced after the order is placed-----U.S. orders on the East Coast are 11.99 for oversized shipping, West Coast/Alaska/Hawaii are 19.99/ International orders are 24.99. for oversized shipping.This is the added cost to the standard or free shipping due to the weight and size of the packaging.  Please see the chart below to see which region you are located in to determine your oversized shipping rate. 

(If you have multiple oversized shipping items in your order, you are only charged 1 oversized shipping fee)

Q: I have not received an order confirmation? Should I be concerned?

A: After placing an order, a confirmation is automatically sent.  If you did not receive one, please check your spam folder for our confirmation.

Q: How do I track an order?

A: A tracking number will be given once an order has shipped.  You will not be able to track your package until you've received your tracking number.

Q: Do you offer Express shipping?  I need my item asap.

A: You may email us at, let us know what items or what order you would like to express ship. We will get back to you within 1 hour during business hours to notify you if we can express ship the item/order.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship internationally to over 135 countries, if your country is not listed, then we currently do not ship to you at this time.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. 

Q: Do you offer financing?

A: Yes, if you would like to finance your order (buy now pay later) you may do so by using paypal during checkout. When paypal asks you which payment option you would like to use, you will choose paypal credit. An order must be $99 or more in order for paypal to finance it.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes, we do offer wholesale to other pet boutiques and pet related businesses.  Please email us a copy of your resale tax id to Subject: Wholesale and we will contact you once you have been approved. The only items which cannot be sold at wholesale are our canopy pet beds.  Once you have been approved, you will receive a code to use during checkout for your purchase in order to receive wholesale pricing.
