There is a D-ring tab for easy leash attachment which is triple sewn for strength.  Size XXL does not come with a D-ring due to pulling which can tear with a large dog. Velcro straps at the neck and waist allow easy adjustments. Velcro should always be closed when not in use or when cleaned to avoid snagging. Tutus skirt/dress skirt will not be as full on larger sizes and appliques will will be the same size, but will appear smaller due to the larger bodice. Due to manufacturer availability, some materials and accents become back-ordered or unavailable. If so, we will replace with an equal or better item.
